Just before our world was turned upside down by a global pandemic, I was able to photograph sweet Baby Ella and her proud big brother Dax in this lifestyle newborn session in Phoenix, AZ. Do this mama and daddy make a couple of precious kiddos or what!?!?
I often get asked when is the best time for a newborn photography session. Since lifestyle sessions often include limited posing and “sleepy” positioning, we can honestly photograph up to 6 weeks old. Older babies, while perhaps sleeping less, show much more connection with their eyes meaning less of that cross eyed look and more connection with their sweet new family!
Do I photograph babies in their first week? Absolutely! But if you are worried that your baby is too old or missed the “cut off”, stress not my friend! We can get some GREAT images no matter what the age!
